Credits & AI usage
Every AI action (requirement extraction, compliance and RFI drafting, translation) costs credits, charged on actual usage, never estimates.
Included credits
Section titled “Included credits”Your plan includes a monthly credit pool per seat. Settings → Statistics shows the pool, what’s used, and a per-feature breakdown in legible units — “≈ 12 RFPs analysed · 3 compliance drafts this cycle”.
Alerts, caps and overage
Section titled “Alerts, caps and overage”- At 50% / 80% / 100% of the pool, admins are notified (in-app + email).
- Starter is hard-capped: when the pool is exhausted, AI actions pause until the next cycle — there is no surprise bill, ever.
- Pro and Agency can run into metered overage; when a call crosses the line the app says so at that moment, with the amount.
When an AI action is refused
Section titled “When an AI action is refused”A refusal is an expected answer, not an error. The message tells you which of three things happened:
| Reason | Meaning | Remedy |
|---|---|---|
| Out of credits | Hard-capped plan, pool exhausted | Top up or wait for the cycle |
| Model not on plan | The action needs a premium model | Upgrade the plan |
| Subscription inactive | Trial ended or billing lapsed | Reactivate — your data is untouched, read access remains |
Nothing is ever deleted for billing reasons: suspended and expired workspaces keep read access and export.
