Getting started
Your first proposal takes about 30 minutes from a fresh workspace.
1 · Create a project
Section titled “1 · Create a project”A project is one bid: its documents, requirements, commercials and approvals live together. Projects → New, type the project name.
2 · Upload the tender
Section titled “2 · Upload the tender”Drop the RFP PDF (and the costing workbook, if you have one) on the project. PDFs parse into page-referenced text; workbooks parse through the two-band costing reader. Originals are stored and can be re-downloaded at any time.
3 · Extract requirements
Section titled “3 · Extract requirements”Analyse requirements runs the AI extraction across every RFP document in the project — each clause lands with its reference, discipline and mandatory/optional flag. This is a metered AI action (see Credits); progress is live, and re-running replaces the set deterministically.
4 · Triage and respond
Section titled “4 · Triage and respond”Work the requirement list: comply / deviate / flag for contract. Draft the compliance matrix and RFI set with one click each — both are AI drafts that wait for your review; neither auto-sends.
5 · Price it
Section titled “5 · Price it”Materials come from your uploaded workbook or the manual BOQ editor (or an xlsx import). Manpower comes from your band rate sheet — rates stay DRAFT until Finance approves them, and a DRAFT rate never prices anything.
6 · Produce deliverables
Section titled “6 · Produce deliverables”The deliverable ladder — NDA, technical, commercial, techno-commercial, contract — unlocks rung by rung as approvals land. Locked rungs are enforced by the server: the priced client submission cannot be produced before its named approvals exist. See Approvals & deliverables.
